Unfortunately we observe that some entities claim incorrectly to be certified by FSC. We take protection and enforcement of our copyrights very seriously and decided to identify all invalid claims of certifications. Where necessary FSC will take legal action against these companies/organizations.

FSC contacted all above listed companies and requested the cease and desist of the incorrect use of the FSC trademarks or the removing of false statements. These companies never replied or decided to ignore our request. In order to avoid misleading of FSC product’s consumers we decided to publish these infringing companies. FSC has strong evidences to prove the abuse of each company. In case these companies cease the infringements we hereby request them to inform us about it in order to remove them from the list. Apart of publishing this list FSC will take legal actions against these entities where necessary.
