Get Involved in Policy & Standards Development
The Forest Stewardship Council is committed to recognizing the best forest stewardship practices in the world. This means involving people and including their ideas in all aspects of FSC.
There are many ways for you to become a part of the Forest Stewardship Council's work:
- All policies and standards under development are available by contacting FSC. You are invited to read these. Please send us your comments!
- Contact your FSC Regional or National Office to become involved with FSC in your country. Contact details are available from this website.
- To become involved in the development of policies and standards, and to learn about issues that FSC is working on, join a consultative forum.
CONSULTATIVE FORA
For some projects, FSC sets up a consultative forum of interested individuals and organizations to provide feedback on progress made. Consultative forum members are asked to provide feedback to FSC on the general direction a project is taking, and review and comment on specific project documents as they are developed.
FSC consultative fora are open to everyone.
To join one of the consultative fora below, please contact the FSC staff person specified.
