FSC is currently seeking candidates for the following positions:
Trademark Officer
FSC seeks to fill the role of Trademark Officer to provide support to FSC trademark approval processes, provide training, advice and clarification of FSC trademark requirements to various parties. The position will also support resolution of trademark misuse and infringement matters. He/She will participate in specific trademark projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the FSC Trademark Manager.
Development Manager
The Development Manager works closely with the Director’s Office to cultivate sponsors, donors and other partners for FSC. The Development Manager coordinates development activities throughout FSC and offers support to the Director’s Office for donor sponsored events such as the FSC General Assembly.
Accreditation Program Manager
ASI-Accreditation Services International – the accreditation body which manages the FSC Accreditation Program – seeks applicants for the role of Accreditation Program Manager. The Accreditation Program Manager will be responsible for planning, performing and following-up on ASI accreditation and surveillance assessments to accredited certification bodies.

Systems Development Officer
FSC Global Development - the for profit company in the FSC Group responsible for managing the FSC brand in the global marketplace and promoting the use of FSC trademarks worldwide – seeks a Systems Development Officer. The position will provide support to the Database Officer to develop and maintain applications throughout FSC, including the public certificate database, license management platform, labeling and publication system, membership database and more.
Policy Manager (Chain of custody)
In the FSC Policy & Standards Unit, FSC is looking to fill the role of Policy Manager. The successful candidate in his/her position of Policy Manager will be responsible for the development and maintenance of FSC policies and standards in the core area of forest product processing, manufacturing and control of sourcing ("chain of custody"). This dynamic role will include activities related to research, communication, administration, education, and training, among others.
Policy Manager (Forest Management and Controlled Wood)
In the FSC Policy & Standards Unit, FSC is looking to fill the role of Policy Manager. The successful candidate in his/her position of Policy Manager will be responsible for the development and maintenance of FSC policies and standards in the core area of forest management certification and Controlled Wood. This dynamic role will include activities related to research, facilitation of Technical Working Groups and pilot tests, communication and education, training, project development and administration, monitoring and represent FSC externally.
Policy Officer (Social Program)
In the FSC Policy & Standards Unit, FSC is looking to fill the role of Policy Officer. The successful candidate in his/her position of Policy Officer will be responsible for supporting and complementing the functions of the Social Program Manager in relation to the implementation of the FSC Social Policy Program. The three main goals of which are to: 1) build capacity of National Initiatives (NIs), government organizations, and NGOs to prepare small and community producers to obtain and benefit from certification; 2) improve marketing capacity through information and promotion of new labels for small and community producers, and 3) strengthen networks of small and community producers.
