Are you involved in end customer sales and interested in promoting FSC certified products on your shelves or in your catalogs? As a retailer, selling finished or packaged FSC labeled products to final users, you fall outside the scope of certification.

You will need to contact your national FSC Nominated Agent to find out how you can register to use the FSC trademarks for promotional use.  If there is no FSC Nominated Agent working in your area, please contact the Trademark Services Unit.
