1. The picture to be downloaded in this section (licensed material) are the copyright of FSC, A.C.  and/ or the photographer/creator. All rights are reserved. By downloading licensed material, the recipient agrees on the general terms and conditions of FSC, A.C. The recipient must acknowledge the copyright owner (FSC, A.C.  and/ or the photographer/creator) in the licensed material.  FSC, A.C.  and/ or the photographer/creator shall continue to retain full ownership rights for the licensed material. Nothing in this agreement shall be deemed to constitute a right for the recipient to use any of the licensed materials in conjunction with any product or service except as set out hereinafter. FSC, A.C. excludes any liability if the use of the licensed material infringes third parties’ rights or causes damages to third parties’ rights to the extent permitted by law. 
2.  By  downloading  the selected  pictured  you hereby agree and acknowledge that you are not acquiring any right, title or interest in or to the  Pictures  or any associated copyrights, other then the right to possess, hold and use the Images(s) for non-commercial purposes.
3. The licensed material is exclusively for press release purposes, and only in relation to FSC. Only journalists are authorized to download pictures from this section. 
4.  FSC, A.C. grants a non-exclusive royalty-free license to publish the downloaded licensed material only in conjunction with press releases to the recipient. The recipient is not authorized to sub-license, copy, distribute, change or modify the licensed material in any way whatsoever. Please contact FSC, A.C. if you wish to use the licensed material for any other purposes.
5. The caption of any published picture according to this agreement must contain the copyright symbol ‘©’ and the following respective name: ‘Name of the creator / FSC A.C.’.

FSC, A.C. reserves all rights with respect to the non-authorized use of the licensed material.
