Your Role

  • Provide frontline support: Serve as the first point of contact for organizations seeking assistance especially with FSC EUDR solutions, promptly addressing inquiries, and internally assigning as well as resolving issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Guide clients: Offer comprehensive guidance to organizations on the implementation and utilization of FSC EUDR solutions, ensuring they effectively leverage our resources to meet their EUDR compliance goals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction: Engage with organizations participating in our EUDR Early Adopter Onboarding Program to understand their needs and concerns, taking proactive steps to enhance their experience and maximize satisfaction from participation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams within FSC to get trained and subsequently train, relay client feedback, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our solutions and services.

 

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled at a University in the Bonn area with eligibility to work in Germany.
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic to foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and overall experience with our services.
  • Training or familiarity with FSC certification or other certification schemes is beneficial, indicating a foundational understanding of sustainability principles and certification processes.
  • An analytical and structured approach to problem-solving, enabling the candidate to effectively assess challenges and develop solutions.
  • A fast learning curve and interest in learning about FSC solutions, both technology as well as standards.
  • A solution- and service-oriented attitude towards work, with a commitment to meeting client needs and delivering high-quality support and assistance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • Start date: As soon as possible.
  • Working hours: 20 hours per week (ideally across 3- 5 days per week).
  • Duration: 6 or 12 months, with an opportunity to extend.
  • Remuneration: 14€ gross per hour.
  • Location: FSC office Bonn, Germany.
